History of Southeast University:

Southeast University is one of the oldest institutions of higher learning in China. Its origin can be traced back to 1902, when it was founded as Sanjiang Normal College. Then, it evolved as: Nanjing Higher Normal School, National Southeast University, National Fourth Sun Yat-sen University, Jiangsu University and National Central University. After the liberation, it evolved as National Nanjing University and Nanjing Institute of Technology. In May 1988, the university was renamed Southeast University. And in April 2000, Nanjing Railway Medical College, Nanjing College of Communications and Nanjing Geological School were merged into the university, whose main campus is located at the center of the ancient capital city of Nanjing, a sacred place for education since the Ming Dynasty.

Bachelor Degree Programs:

Southeast University Nanjing has set up 34 departments with 83 bachelor’s degree programs, 34 first-level disciplines authorized to confer PhD Degree and 48 first-level disciplines authorized to confer Master’s Degree. Among the full-time 36,277 students, there are 16,200 undergraduate students and 20,077 graduate students including 1,966 overseas students, among which, 1,523 study for different academic degrees.

Southeast university is a comprehensive research-oriented university featuring engineering discipline while covering many other disciplines including philosophy, economics, law, education, literature, science, engineering, medicine, management and art, etc..

SEU features high-level faculty comprising 2,991 full-time teachers, including 2,569 teachers with PhD degree, 2,021 teachers with senior and sub-senior titles, 1,071 doctoral student supervisors and 2,166 graduate student supervisors.

School of Medicine Southeast University:

The Southeast University School of Medicine has formed a whole set of culturing system, which contains degree education of bachelor, master and doctor (M.D. and/or Ph.D) degrees, post-doctoral training programs and international students. The majors of the school include clinical medicine (five-year and seven-year study, respectively), medical imaging, lab science, nursing care, and biology engineering. In 2010，the number of students in study sum up to more than 2400, including candidates of 1400 bachelors , 622 masters, 143 doctors and 322 international students.

Note: Student Must have Minimum 65% Marks in HSSC & More than 65% in PCBE & must be under the age of 25 for Bachelor Degree. Interview can be conducted by university officials, after successful interview university will issue Pre-admission letter.

First Year Fee :  48,300 RMB (approx. 7500 U$D)

Tuition Fee	32,800 RMB
Management Charges	15,500 RMB

Note: Because of COVID-19 Pandemic, We haven’t added hostel fee, Residence permit, Medical checkup charges in First year fee package. Students will pay all these charges on arrival (if needed) according to actual price depending upon duration & cost.

Special Notes:

1. Student will pay the Fee in Chinese Yuan on arrival otherwise hostel will not allot to the student.
2. Student will pay the Hostel Security (if asked), which is refundable on the time of gradation.
3. Food Expenses, Air Ticket & Electricity Charges are not included in the fee package.
4. Pakistani Student will follow the rules and Regulations of PMC & Southeast University China.
5. Indian Students will follow the rules and regulations of National Medical Commission of India (MCI).
