The annual cost of the Medicine Program (MBBS) in China ranges from 20,600 RMB to 35,000 RMB per year, depending on the chosen medical institution and language of instruction. The MBBS fee for Pakistani students starts at 8–9 lakh PKR per year, including tuition and accommodation. This cost does not include food or travel expenses (airfares).

MBBS Course Duration:

The MBBS Program in China comprises six years of Medical study, including the last year (Sixth) of Clinical internship. The Clinical Medicine (MBBS) Degree is recognized by the WHO and WDMOS, allowing international graduates to apply for the medical licensing exams to practice medicine or dentistry worldwide.

MBBS in China admission Requirements:

Pakistani students applying for the MBBS Program in China must have a minimum of 60% Marks in FSc (Pre-Medical) or GCE A-Levels to be eligible to apply for the Medicine (MBBS) Program in China. The basic entry requirements for admission to MBBS programs in China are as follows:

  • Pakistani students must have a minimum of 50% Marks in the MDCAT exam.
  • Applicant must be under the age of 25.
  • Students must study the core subjects—physics, chemistry, biology, and English—in their senior high school/HSSC.
  • The student must have sufficient funds to show in their bank statement.
  • The student must be healthy and fluent in English.

Bank Statement Requirements:

Pakistani students applying for the MBBS study visa (X1) at the Chinese Embassy must provide a bank statement of six months showing the student’s or guardian’s minimum account balance of 4.5 million PKR. Less than this amount results in an empty passport. We recommend avoiding fake bank statements that are issued by fraudulent or untrustworthy agents.
